Chantal is a highly respected figure in the healthcare industry, bringing her extensive experience to Plakett Santé Numérique. Prior to joining the company, she held high-level executive positions such as Vice President of Healthcare Transformation at Healthtech Consultants and Vice President of Customer Excellence at Logibec. Her professional journey also includes other leadership roles at Logibec, the Integrated Cancer Center of Montérégie (CICM), and the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, where she dedicated many years of service.

Chantal has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing an array of strategic projects and initiatives. Her background in nursing and IT governance, alongside her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt designation, enhance her professional experience and provide her with the necessary tools to effectively guide clients towards project success.

In 2022, Chantal skillfully managed the salary retroactivity and bonuses for one of the leading payroll providers in Quebec. She developed budget balancing plans exceeding $25 million and improved the performance of an oncology department, moving it from the 15th to the 2nd position in less than a year. Her versatility and leadership are reflected in how she manages teams and performance improvement initiatives, contributing to project success at Plakett Santé Numérique.

Outside of work, Chantal finds balance by spending time in nature with her family and her two dogs. She also has a passion for baking, which she enthusiastically shares with her friends and colleagues.
