Dessislava, affectionately known as Dessi, is a highly motivated professional, determined to make every client project a success. As Head of Operations, she guides clients in achieving their goals using a structured and organized approach.

Her professional journey is closely tied to the world of healthcare. It is with a bachelor’s degree in physiology from McGill University and a master’s degree in healthcare services administration that Dessi began her career within healthcare and social services. As a project manager and continuous improvement consultant, Dessi had the opportunity to collaborate and lead various cross-functional projects. Her key motivation was to make a tangible difference for users, one project at a time. Driven by a deep commitment to pediatrics, she took on the challenge of becoming a manager in a pediatric clinic and this, during the pandemic. However, always eager to take on new challenges, Dessi ultimately returned to her first passion, project management, and joined the Plakett Santé Numérique team in May of 2022.

With a solid expertise and an unwavering passion for continuous improvement, Dessi plays an instrumental role at Plakett Santé Numérique, by ensuring the success of projects and contributing to the growth and the satisfaction of the company’s clients. Her dedication to her clients and her love for challenges make her an indispensable asset of the Plakett Santé Numérique team.

When she’s not immersed in operations, you can find Dessi solving puzzles, captivated by a good novel, skiing down slopes, or enjoying a delicious cappuccino at her favorite local café.
