Nadia Guindon

Project Manager

Nadia is deeply passionate about healthcare and is constantly seeking to make a difference. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a certificate in human resources from Concordia University, in addition to certificates in Project Management and as a Certified Agile Practitioner from McGill University. She began her career as a certified pharmacy technician, working in both hospital and community pharmacies.

Nadia quickly specialized in system implementation, project management, analysis, training, and healthcare consulting, both in the public and private sector. She played a key role in important projects such as the deployment of the DSQ (Dossier Santé Québec) for pharmacies throughout the province, the development of DIS (Drug Information System) for Newfoundland, and the implementation of the Ubik Information System in pharmacies across Canada.

Nadia stands out by her enthusiasm and expertise in developing and providing training after each system implementation, effectively helping healthcare teams master new technological tools. Her innovative teaching style and adaptability to the specific needs of each environment are always appreciated. Her dedication to process improvement and the success of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems has earned her the respect and recognition of her colleagues.

Outside of work, Nadia is an adrenaline enthusiast. She practices boxing, hiking, and teaches spinning, demonstrating her dynamism and commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Her contagious energy inspires those around her and boosts her desire to make a positive impact in the healthcare sector.
